Job Title: Digital Transformation Senior Manager, AMESA (Egypt based)

- The incumbent selected for the role will continue to be based out of their current location.

- Preferred locations are: Egypt, India & Pakistan.

- The role will focus on working to transform our approach to advertising spearheading our AMESA digital strategy emphasizing on digital avenues including programmatic, performance, data-driven and native forms of advertising.

- Work on building strategic Digital Data initiatives with a strong focus on leverage data to accelerate customer and consumers experience with our brands online.

- Key accountabilities for the role include: Work on building and fledging out digital engagement strategies for our portfolio brands across AMESA Design and shape a business oriented Digital Data Strategy to generate value, leveraging industry and market knowledge plus internal/external data to accelerate the transformation or to empower the execution with brand teams.

- Work to define the Consumer Data Strategy across AMESA with a strong initial focus on first- and third-party consumer data streams, automated consumer tagging and segmentation and consumer journey automation.

- Put in place digital frameworks for the sector including policies for brand safety, audience identification, digital automation and digital buying principles.

- Bring innovative/creative use of digital media and technology into brand strategy and idea development to ensure PepsiCo brands are ahead of the curve with driving insightful & tactical innovation linked to the brand goals across various digital platforms Collaborate with digital partners (Facebook/Instagram, Google, Twitter, Snapchat) on AMESA joint business planning while identifying and delivering on opportunities for digital/social elevation.

- Work hand-in-hand with our Global Business Services teams to deliver on A&M effectiveness and efficiency across various marketing initiatives with a goal to drive productivity.

- Manage the deployment of new digital capabilities, digital tools and modules into AMESA categories and BUs and work to ensure accelerated adoption while measuring impact on business results.

- #LI-MENA Qualifications/Requirements Key Skills/Experience Required Full and autonomous capability to develop an annual operating digital media strategy for a portfolio of brands.

- Ability to navigate challenging data problems, finding insights in data, and applying conclusions to drive clear and practical business impact.

- Professional experience (with relevant industry experience) focusing on implementing a business data strategy across organizations.

- Experience building consumer journey automation platforms and launching data-driven marketing campaigns.

- Technical expert in multi digital touchpoint planning and optimization.

- Big emphasis on programmatic and social media KPIs/analytics.

- Strong understanding of emerging technology trends, buying automation and dashboard tools to enhance impact on business.

- At least BS or BA, undergraduate school within a relevant field.

- Specification of degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics or Engineering would be a plus Fluent in English and other language proficiency is a plus (Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, French, etc.

- ) 8-10 years of experience in a media, digital marketing and data strategy within a data-driven agency, multinational organization or global Technology Platform.

- Strategist, creative, autonomous, results-oriented, with high capacity leadership to influence others, ensure teamwork, and build strong relationships.

- Excellent communication skills - engage and influence multiple stakeholders to build strong working relationships, with an aptitude to galvanize teams and get buy in from a matrix organization.

- Project management – ability to manage multiple projects in a fast moving and ever-changing environment with maturity and foresight to cope with input and changes.

- Innovative – creative strategist who is comfortable challenging status quo, brings creativity to problem-solving through the use of innovative frameworks and technological solutions.
