Job Title: Front Desk Administrator

Fields of Work: Administration/Secretary/Receptionist/Front Office Job Description: Job Objective: A Front desk coordinator is a person in an office/administrative support position, acting as a first line of Support and communication between all departments, clients, and employees.

- Job Duties: Greet visitors, handle their inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate persons according to their needs.

- Answer incoming telephone calls, assist callers, take messages, provide information, and direct calls to staff members.

- Setup accommodation and entertainment arrangements for company visitors.

- liaising with members of staff in other departments or external contacts Sort, scan, file, and distribute incoming correspondences, including faxes and emails within the team.

- Managing incoming and outgoing documents.

- Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office.

- Provide translation and interpretation services.

- Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.

- Operate office equipment such as fax machines, copiers, and phone systems….

- etc.

- Ordering and maintaining stationery and office supplies.

- Tracking and keep records for employees’ attendance.

- Provide office orientation for new employees.

- Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, events, conferences and conference telephone calls.

- Assist other departments with miscellaneous items.

- Performing & Following up all other duties as required.

- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.

- Excellent command of English(language schools only) Proficient user of MS office.

- Internet/ email oriented.

- Knowledge of telephone protocol.

- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures Other Skills: Have strong aptitudes for communication.

- Have strong organizational, time management & customer service skills.

- Have conflict-resolution skills.

- Detail-oriented.

- Possess a well groomed appearance Pleasant personable, patient and having a desire to be of assistance to those in need.

- Ability to stay calm and tactful under stressful conditions.

- Ability to multitask Ability to work as part of a team.

- Ability to work independently.

- A bright and positive attitude Attitude: Be aware of confidentiality and how to handle confidential correspondences and information.
