Job Title: Learning And Development Manager

- In this role, you will be responsible to manage various aspects of the business training, for a global client, for its service delivery operations based out of Hyderabad.

- The service lines include Source to Pay, Operations Controllership & Analytics operations.

- In your role as a training function lead, you will be required to work proactivity with the business in addressing the learning needs.

- This would involve learning strategy & development, and commitment to deliver on the goals and agenda.

- Responsibilities Be a consulting partner to manage business risks – collaborate with business to identify opportunity areas and plug learning solutions to drive performance improvement To work with operations in developing the learning policy that covers the various pillars of business knowledge management – new hire license to operate, process knowledge tests, SOPs, process trainer certification & cross-training To effectively manage the training documents (SOPs, new hire training material, etc.

- ) – ensuring they have an owner identified, are reviewed & updated periodically & are accessible for all audit purposes Ensure clear learning paths are designed & are readily available for assignment to new hires basis their roles Drive monthly/quarterly process knowledge assessments for teams in operations and design remedial action plan basis TNI Conduct Train the Trainer for Process trainers/ SMEs / Quality Analyst for new processes, system enhancements, new applications Monitor employees’ performance to ensure greater efficiency and meeting contractual KPI’s, SLA’s Ensure training plans/learning paths are adhered for all new hires – tracking & reporting to stakeholders To plan & execute process changes/updates.

- [removed] new ERP roll-out To plan governance meeting (monthly) with the operations to review learning performance To drive developmental and domain trainings for stable processes Participate in ISAE 3402 learning audit engagements – environmental & client audits, responsible for the submission of artefacts & respond to clarifications (if any) What can we offer?
